Summary
Jaibeer has nearly five years of experience in the software industry working on different domains like Transport, Internet, Oil & Gas, Automobiles and Government etc. He has been extensively involved in all the stages of the software development life cycle. He is a Certified Scrum Master (CSM), having practical experience of using and implementing the Scrum and distributed Agile methodologies.
The journey with the computers started a long time back, during the school days itself. The first hands on experience was with the C++ programming language as the educational course, SSSS . Things looked good but the compu was still out of sight. It changed with joining IIT KGP for B.Tech course in AgFE. Soon the subsidized computer systems, twenty four hours Internet connectivity and whole campus on local network connectivity was at disposal. I still remember the long night outs digging into Linux and then attending morning classes. And many more secrets on local net which better not to leak. At the end it was time to get some money from it and joined Sapient.
The professional experience has been mostly on latest J2EE technologies like Struts, Webwork, Wicket, Spring, Hibernate. He also has good exposure of administration of WebLogic, Apache, Tomcat and Oracle servers. He has actively participated in the Agile conferences and seminars organized in New Delhi Region (NCR). He has also organized Open Space event in Agile NCR 2008. He is currently working as Consultant with Xebia India IT Architects.
